BRUSSELS SPROUTS SALAD

Ingredients

3 cups quartered Brussels sprouts

1 cup sliced red onion

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/2 tablespooon balsamic vinegar (or season to taste)

1 cup Feta cheese (or your chioce of cheese)

1 tablespoon olive oil

STEAMED DANDELION

Ingredients

3 cups of chopped dandelion

(Throughly wasted, stems and root removed)

1/4 cup red bell pepper

1 cup chopped medium onion

Dried dill weed and parsley flakes

Add and black pepper to taste

Olive oil (optional)

ARUGULA GREEN ENERGY DRINK

Ingredients

1 cups chopped arugula (organic)

1 small chopped apple (organic)

1/2 inch fresh ginger root

1/4 cup flaxseed

1 tsp honey or Agave sweetener

1 cup spring water

OLD FASHION SWEET POTATO BREAD

3 cups grated sweet potatoes

(red-skin sweet potato)

1 cup grated coconut

1/2 cup raisins

2 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt (sea salt preferably)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup raw sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup vegetable shortening

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

3 tbsp lemon juice
